Terms of Service

1. Who we are
SoundJuice is operated by Alejandro Ferrer Barber, self-employed professional (autónomo), NIF 46757296K, based in Barcelona, Spain. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. What SoundJuice does
SoundJuice is an AI-assisted online mastering service. You upload a stereo mix, our system processes it through an automated mastering chain, and you receive a professionally mastered version of your track in multiple audio formats. An optional AI-Smart Stem Control feature lets you adjust the balance of vocals, drums, bass and other elements without needing separate multitrack files.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account and purchase credits. By using SoundJuice, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Credits and payment
- SoundJuice works on a prepaid credit system. There are no subscriptions.
- One credit is consumed only when you click "Download" on a finished master. Adjusting settings and generating previews before downloading does not consume a credit and can be repeated as many times as you like.
- Credits never expire.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. SoundJuice does not store your card details.
- Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes where required.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under EU consumer law, purchases of digital content that begins downloading immediately are generally exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, provided you have given your prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of that right. By checking the corresponding box at checkout, you provide this consent for each purchase. Unused credits that have not been consumed on any download may still be refunded within 14 days of purchase upon request to [email protected]. Credits already spent on a completed download are non-refundable, as the digital content has already been delivered.
6. Your content and ownership
- You retain full ownership of the music you upload and of the masters you download. SoundJuice claims no rights over your content.
- You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and process the audio you submit, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
- You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to process.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are used to process infringing or illegal content.
7. File storage and deletion
Uploaded mixes and rendered masters are stored to let you re-download previous work and are automatically deleted after 30 days. Once deleted, files cannot be recovered. We recommend downloading and backing up your masters promptly.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep SoundJuice available and processing masters promptly, but the service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Processing times can vary depending on file size, current demand and queue length. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoundJuice is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific credit(s) giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of SoundJuice after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Barcelona, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
